修复克隆路径问题，更新部署文档

- 更新所有文档中的克隆命令
- 添加两种克隆方式：克隆到当前目录或指定文件夹
- 避免默认创建agent子文件夹导致的路径问题
- 添加部署注意事项说明
- 确保项目结构与克隆后一致
