fix: 修复导航路径和资源管理问题

- 统一nav-component.js路径处理逻辑，移除pages/前缀
- 更新wenlu订单班页面的导航链接
- 清理过时的文档图片资源（智能制造、视觉设计、食品、交通物流）
- 新增更新后的文档图片资源
- 更新exhibition-demo配置文件

修改文件:
- web_frontend/web_result/js/nav-component.js
- web_frontend/web_result/order-classes/wenlu/*.html
- web_frontend/exhibition-demo/src/data/terminalSimulations/food.ts
- web_frontend/exhibition-demo/vite.config.ts
- data/订单班文档资料/*/notion文稿/image/* (多个图片文件)
